Yes, from shoes to veils and other accessories, we can help you with as much or as little as you require.

We only advertise dresses that are either in store or on their way to us. Its good to let us know if there are specific dresses you are coming for so we can make sure they are in the store, but its only rare that they wouldn’t be.

You can make another appointment with us in store or contact us via social media to do so.

There is nothing you need to specifically bring to an appointment, however we have some pointers or you. It’s a good idea to wear nude underwear. It’s also advantageous to wear your hair and makeup in a way you think you might on your wedding day. If you look like a bride you will feel like a bride.

From experience we think that less is more in this game. Too many opinions can make it very difficult for the bride to focus on what she wants. Four guests is generally perfect. Make these people the ones whose opinions really matter to you.

We have no issue with you takin pictures. What we recommend is that you do not over analyse these photos. If the dress does not fit properly or the picture is taken at a bad angle you may start to pick yourself and the dress apart.

Most of our gowns are sized between a 10 and a 16, however we do have up to size 26 in store. If you’re concerned about sizing then please message us directly.

If your wedding is under in under 3 months from your dress arrival, then your first fitting will be at the time of collection should you wish. The seamstress will get to work on your dress straight away and be on hand to discuss and alterations/bespoke tailoring you require.

It’s important to bring your wedding shoes to your first fitting in order for our seamstress to pin your dress at the correct height for alteration.

Some brides prefer to do this, but it is not necessary.

We hold a sample sale in February each year.

This is when we sell our nearly new sample gowns. This might be if a dress has been discontinued by a designer, or simply to make room for new collections.

Sample dresses are gowns that have been tried on in store for a season. They may have slight imperfections but nothing to detract from them being your most perfect dress.

Sample dresses must be paid for in full upon purchase and taken away on the same day.

We can keep newly ordered dresses for 60 days after their arrival in store only but this does not apply to sample dresses.

Yes this will more than likely be the case, however our seamstress is generally on hand during our sample sales to discuss your needs.

You can bring two guests with you for sample sales.

This is when a designer either visits the store or send their latest collection to the store for a short period of time. This allows you to view dresses that the store may not have in at other times.

This is dependent on the level of interest for the show.

Some designers do offer discounts at their trunk shows but this is at their own disgression.
